About: Comlink is a not-for-profit registered charity providing transport and care services for the elderly, transport; disadvantaged, and younger people with disabilities.

Comlink gets a lot of walk-ins, volunteers, people wanting to volunteer with the company and in the old way sometimes it would take a month to get a police check back and the volunteers would have
lost interest with the company by then.
Not all the staffs are computer - guru and they have to deal with many different software at the same
